Policy

A $100 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your appointment. All deposits are due within 24 hours of booking and count towards your service total. Failure to send a deposit will result in your appointment being removed from the schedule. You are allowed 1 reschedule that must be made at least 2 hours ahead of your appointment time or your deposit will be forfeited. All appointments are given a 20 minute grace period for late arrival before your session is cancelled. If you are a no show/no call your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be able to book again.
